How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with RETURN as the subject line. Please include item description and order number in the email.

We gladly accept returns 10 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Shipping will not be refunded. The 10 days starts from the date the package was posted as delivered. Items that are returned after 10 days, will receive store credit ONLY. Item(s) must be in new and unused condition and must not have been washed or otherwise damaged (e.g. makeup, deodorant or pet hair, etc). Returned merchandise is subject to inspection before issuing a refund or store credit.

Promo Returns: If you use a promo code at checkout and there is a minimum qualifying amount, your order must remain at the minimum order amount to keep the discount. e.g. If you use a $5 off $40 purchase promo code and return an item bringing your original order amount below the minimum qualifying order amount, you will receive store credit less the amount of the coupon used which in this example is $5.

If a return invalidates a certain promo that was used during the original order (e.g. The value of the return makes the required minimum for a "Free Shipping" special lower than the qualifying amount, etc.), any shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Sale and Promo items can only be exchanged OR a store credit will be given at purchase price. All sales are final on Clearance items and cannot be refunded or exchanged. No exceptions.

Returns/Exchanges: If the return or exchange is a result of an error on our end (e.g. incorrect items/sizes in your order, etc.) or if the item is damaged (please send photo of damaged item to our email within 4 days of receiving), please contact us at [email protected]. We can do a straight exchange, or provide a refund (less a $3 restocking fee). Return shipping will be your responsibility for both exchanges and refunds. We will ship the exchange back to you at no additional cost.

Additional transactions outside of the initial return/exchanges will be subject to a second shipping charge at the customer's expense.

We ask that you please mail your return to us in the least expensive way from USPS. If you are returning due to a mistake made by us, we will reimburse shipping only if it was sent by USPS. We are not responsible for any lost/damaged returns.
